A new broom ?

Was thinking about over the last couple of months two things (amongst others :-)

1 - This second blog's been kinda neglected lately. I've never really got my thoughts organised enough with sufficient time to get cracking on those stories.
2 - I used to do a lot of posting on techie forums at work and since those closed down, I miss it.

So the decision is to change the purpose of this blog, so I can talk techie to my heart's content :-) On my main blog I talk about the gadgets occasionally but heavily restrict the language to keep it understandable. I reckon I'll be taking the gloves off a bit on this one :-)

First up will be the new laptop. Which I'm actually quite impressed with :-)

PS Another reason for a techie blog is a definite lack of reviews for hardware. Search terms like "hp laptop model number review" tend to lead to a whole series of people trying to sell you the laptop. And if someone is trying to get you to spend money, then their opinion on whether that spend is wise isn't worth much in my book.
